| One Stanley Avenue Restaurant has become the culinary showplace of the region. The food, although classic in its formation, is regional in its execution. The accent in our kitchen is on cooking good, basic food, flavoring it with Northern New England tastes, and presenting it with a pleasingly artistic style. The result is what I call the “Classic Cuisine of Maine.” Our menu includes duck, chicken, rabbit, pork, sweetbreads, salmon, lobster, shrimp, veal and beef.
